Hannah Barrow, a Jacksonville native, has enchanted audiences since age four, inspired by her sister to master the violin and viola.
Trained under Jacksonville Symphony’s Karen Pommerich and mentored by Melissa Barrett and Dr. Marguerite Richardson, she graduated from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. Hannah studied violin at Florida State University with Corinne Stillwell and earned a Master’s in orchestral performance from Arizona State University under Dr. Katherine McLin, performing with the Brentano and Juilliard String Quartets.
Since returning to Florida in 2013, Hannah’s dynamic performances include the Georgia Coastal Symphony, Jacksonville Symphony (substitute), and tours with artists like Idina Menzel and Foreigner.
A passionate educator, she teaches at Prelude Chamber Music Camp and St. Augustine schools while maintaining a private studio. Offstage, Hannah enjoys arranging music and sharing her artistry at Jacksonville weddings and events.
